Members will first verify their Mailing Address, Phone, and eMail Addresses are correct on the current Club Roster. Then Print and Sign the Outing Waiver form. There is also a column for Class and whether or not you would like a Trophy or Nameplate should you Podium the event.
Guests, and those that are not on the current Club Roster yet, will complete their Name, Mailing Address, Phone, and eMail Address on the existing Entry Form. Then Print and Sign the Outing Waiver form.
For those that are under 18, we have an Outing Waiver - Minor form. The Rider will Print and Sign on one line, and their Parent or Guardian will Print and Sign on the line directly below that.
